Inspired by the classic novel The Hunchback of Notre Dame’s character portrayal of the beautiful talented Romany dancer Esméralda and an homage to Victor Hugo who famously sought sanctuary in Guernsey.

Esmé represents a history and culture centralised around family, celebration and cuisine.
